1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

92r5 (hereinafter "the Company", "92r5", "we", "us", or "our") operates an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 92r5.pro (the "Platform"). The Company operates under an international gaming license, providing casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting — including cricket and PSL betting — with full Pakistani Rupee (PKR) support for players across Pakistan.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 92r5 with respect to your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.

By registering an account on 92r5, you expressly warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you are at least 21 years of age; (c) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on 92r5, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an account;
• Be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details;

Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 92r5 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding bonuses, and potential forfeiture of winnings derived from duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 92r5 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. 92r5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

92r5 reserves the right to close dormant accounts — accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to closure, 92r5 will notify the registered email address. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held for a period of six (6) months following notification, after which unclaimed balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee or forfeiture in accordance with applicable licensing rules.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 92r5 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92r5 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK interbank transfer.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction within your 92r5 account;
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;

5. Bonuses and Promotions

92r5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms;

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse 92r5's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or collusion with other players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

92r5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 92r5 are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question, which are published within the relevant game or sportsbook section. The following general rules apply across all 92r5 gaming products:

• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final. 92r5 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player;
• 92r5 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes;

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 92r5 content without the Company's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92r5 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

92r5's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92r5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk. 92r5 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, telecommunications outages, or third-party payment provider delays beyond the Company's reasonable control.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

92r5 may be required to share player data with its licensing authority, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies where required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations or other legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of 92r5's privacy obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

92r5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
